By using Fluxalove, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not located in a country subject to US government embargo
• You have not been previously banned or removed from our Service
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

You agree NOT to:

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or harvest user data
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Engage in commercial activities without consent
• Spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Share explicit content without consent
• Use the Service for fraud or scams

Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Fluxalove a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content to provide and improve the Service.

5.2 Prohibited Content

• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Violent or threatening material
• Copyright-infringing content
• Personal information of others
• Commercial advertisements

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without prior notice.

6.1 Free vs Premium

Fluxalove offers both free and premium subscription options. Premium features require payment and automatically renew unless cancelled.

6.2 Billing

• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all taxes

6.3 Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through account settings. Premium features continue until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds.

6.4 Refunds

We offer refunds in limited circumstances (duplicate charges, technical issues preventing service use). Contact support within 14 days of purchase.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harassment or harm to others
• Inactivity for extended periods
• At our discretion, with or without cause

You may delete your account at any time through settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Fluxalove and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile
• Remove copyright notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of matches
• Security or privacy of communications
• Compatibility with your devices

We are not responsible for user conduct, offline meetings, or any damages arising from interactions with other users.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUXALOVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or data
• Personal injury or emotional distress
• Damages exceeding $100 or amounts paid in 12 months

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of possibility of damages.

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@fluxalove.com and attempt informal resolution for 60 days.

12.2 Arbitration

Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

12.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
